How can I contact Ricca Casa?

How much will it cost to deliver my item?

We offer FREE SHIPPING to Australia and the UK. If you are residing outside these countries your cost of delivery will be calculated at the checkout.

How long until I receive my items?

Once your order is placed our suppliers will ship it to you within 1 to 5 days of your order. Please allow up to 30 days for your item to arrive.

I have ordered multiple items will they ship all together?

As we work with a range of different suppliers worldwide to bring you unique and quality pieces not all will be packaged and sent together. 

Can I return or exchange my item?

Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind so please choose carefully.

What if I received a faulty or wrong item?

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately with a description and a photo of the item and we will help to rectify the situation. You will have up to 7 days to submit your requests. We will assess the situation and notify you of your refund. Should you wish for a replacement item we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Do my items have warranties?

Some of our suppliers offer warranties with the purchase of their items. It will state in the description of the item if there is a warranty with your item.
