Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer an exchange or return for change of mind. 


If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately with a description and a photo of the item and we will help to rectify the situation. You will have up to 7 days to submit your requests.

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

Should you wish for a replacement item to be sent Ricca Casa will cover the cost of shipping back to you.
